In October 2023, the Potato Breeding Research and Development Center which invested and constructed by Innovators Seeds Tech was officially put into operation.

Innovators Seeds Tech (Inner Mongolia) Co.,Ltd. was established in January 2022 and is the subsidiary of Harvest Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Tech Co.,Ltd..

The Potato Breeding Research and Development Center consists of a breeding research and development laboratory, a breeding tissue culture center, a constant temperature heliogreenhouse, a breeding base of new varieties, a experimental base of breeding seed potato, and supporting facilities and equipment for seed potato breeding and storage.
